This 'Choker Collar' features a 1.25" wide band that tapers into a slim strap which adjusts with a buckle at the back of the neck. Each collar is finished with a polished silver plated d-ring holding a welded 1" wide ring. Use the Choker Collar to dress up a t-shirt or dress down a gown or suit.
